The Podere is a small oasis of peace, developed like a little hamlet. The structure, dating back to the 1800s, has been partially renovated recently, with 10 spacious apartments created from the remains of the old farm: Il Focolare, Il Sol Levante, Il Sol Calante, La Meria, L’Officina, La Falegnameria, Distilleria, Il Granaio, La Stalla, and La Carraia.
Some apartments with a pool, a sports area, a gym, and an underground circular cellar, which will be the highlight of the estate, are yet to be completed.

The renovated part is fully available to guests, who can pick aromatic herbs from the gardens, fruit from the trees, practice yoga or meditation on the wooden patio in the garden, prepare barbecue under a pergola of vines and fig trees, or relax in the hammocks in the communal gardens.

For children, there is a wooden playground available with 4 swings, 2 slides, a trampoline, a climbing wall, a seesaw platform, a lookout tower with a bridge, etc.

There is no reception: the “stress-free” check-in allows you to arrive from 2:00 PM independently, following the instructions received via email.

The apartments have independent entrances and ensure privacy, offering a relaxing stay as if you were at home, just a stone’s throw from the sea and the medieval village of Castiglione della Pescaia.
