This apartment was originally the farm’s workshop, now transformed into a spacious, cozy, and meticulously designed suite apartment. It features a large private outdoor veranda, an exclusive-use Jacuzzi, and a garden, all set up for dining, relaxing, or sunbathing outdoors. A kitchen equipped with all comforts and appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV in all rooms, living room with sofa, bathroom with shower, and double bedroom.
In the apartment, you will find all necessary linen sets, tablecloth and/or placemats, kitchen towel, paper towels and napkins, oven mitts, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, and household cleaning products. Dish soap, hand soap and shower gel, toilet paper, hairdryer and bath mat, sanitary bags and garbage bags. UNTIL STOCKS LAST, WE DO NOT REPLENISH ITEMS ONCE THEY RUN OUT.

Apartments without a washing machine can use the equipped laundry service at a cost of €5 per washing, including products.
Confirm of Reservation
To validate the reservation, subject to availability, send a 30% deposit of the entire stay. The balance upon delivery of the keys. Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. In case of subsequent cancellation, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Conditions
High season, minimum stay 7 nights. Mid season: minimum stay 3 nights. Low season: minimum stay 2 nights.
Cancellation Policy: Free within 21 days in high season (Jun-Sept) 7 days in low season.
The price include
Consumption of water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, parking space, use of the outdoor barbecue, linen with weekly change, pantry provided, products for washing machine and dishwasher.
the price does not include
Tourist tax (from 1st April to 30th September): € 1.70 per night per person, free for children under 12 and disabled people. Any damage caused by customers will be charged and must be reimbursed by check-out. Any damage to the City Bikes.
